Remembering Mack Prichard

About This Project

Mack Prichard was Tennessee’s first state archaeologist and later naturalist. He used his abilities to preserve the spaces he loved, not just for himself, but for the benefit of us all. Mack’s efforts were critical to saving Radnor Lake from development and its becoming one of the first state natural areas. He also advocated for the preservation of Savage Gulf State Natural Area which is now a state park.

In celebration of Mack S. Prichard Day on March 31st, I worked with Friendly Arctic Printing and Design in Nashville on a limited edition poster.
